The Programme & Delivery Model

Peer Networks is delivered through a series of high impact group sessions, with a trained and experienced facilitator.

The programme includes:

• Action oriented learning

• Expert facilitation

• Small groups

• Flexible topic selection - guided by you

• A safe space to share buisness issues​

• At least 12 hours of fully funded support to eligible organisations

• Fully funded support to eligible organisations/attendees

Delivery Model

• Cohort Size - 8-11 business owners or senior decision makers per cohort

• Number of sessions - The sessions will typically be approx 3 hours (timings and dates tba). 

• Frequency of sessions - fortnightly

• Local location - The Heath Business Park, Runcorn (plenty of parking and close to train station)

• All we ask is for a firm commitment from the participants to attend for the duration of the programme

On completion, all participants will have the skills and additional support to continue this Peer Learning Group, if desired, and the opportunity to meet previous Peer Learning participants.

Proposed dates (to be confirmed/agreed by the participants along with timings):

• Session 1: Either Wednesday 29th or Friday 31st March

• Session 2: Either Wednesday 5th or Friday 7th April

• Session 3: Either Wednesday 19th or Friday 21st April

• Session 4: Either Wednesday 3rd or Friday 5th May
